Ryan Snow
Senior Consultant
Ryan is the Owner and Senior Advisor of The Public Works NL. He has worked on over 200 road and water/sewer projects throughout Newfoundland and Labrador and has a vast knowledge of the provinces operations and infrastructure. Ryan is an active Councillor for The Town of South River and the Chairperson for the Conception Bay North Joint Council.

Justin Greeley
Senior Consultant
Justin has been directly involved in numerous muti-million dollar projects in the heavy civil sector ranging from private, commercial, and government entities since 2011 as a construction superintendent and project manager. Justin has direct knowledge with overseeing projects with a vast knowledge in water and sewer, road rehabilitation and upgrading, as well as troubleshooting, preparation of cost estimates, and progress estimates.
